Exchange and Returns

Made-to-Order Policy
All Luxe of Elara pieces are custom-made and final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect item sent

1. Reporting an Issue

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

2. Resolution

If eligible, we may offer:

  • A replacement (subject to stock)
  • A refund (at our discretion)

All returns must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

3. Ineligible Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The item has been worn or altered
  • The request is made after 7 days
  • The issue is due to normal wear or incorrect sizing
